The Heart of the City


Established in the 12th century, the historical Prague Square stands as a testament to numerous significant events throughout history. It is home to iconic landmarks such as the Old Town Hall, the Church of Our Lady before Týn, the Baroque Church of St Nicholas, the Rococo Kinský Palace, the Gothic House at the Stone Bell, and the monument to Jan Hus. The square also features memorial stones commemorating the execution of 27 Czech lords in 1621 and the Prague meridian.
