A private art museum for contemporary art
The Kunsthalle Praha, a private art museum dedicated to contemporary art, officially opened its doors in February 2022. Funded by the non-profit Pudil Family Foundation, the museum serves as a platform to foster the understanding and appreciation of both Czech and international modern and contemporary art. The museum is dedicated to showcasing established and emerging artists from Central Europe, while also exploring artistic trends and periods that have been overlooked or are less-known in the Czech Republic. Through its exhibits and programs, Kunsthalle Praha aims to enrich the cultural landscape and provide a space for diverse artistic voices to be heard.
