Consent text
I agree to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data provided by me to the administrator for the purposes of confirming orders, sending commercial messages and offers.
Consent will be made electronically before sending the booking confirmation by voluntarily checking the box before sending the booking confirmation in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation (EU) 2016/69 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation" ), which became effective on 25/05/2018.
What data will be processed:
- Name and surname
- Birthdate
- Travel document number and, if necessary, travel visa number
- Nationality
- Residential address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Or a trading company
Hotel Questenberg processes personal data obtained from the guest: e-mail address and telephone number for the purpose of making a reservation. For the purpose of payment, Hotel Questenberg processes the payment data received from the guest.
For what purposes will personal data be processed and stored
Personal data will be collected, stored and processed by the administrator for the following purposes:
– for sending business and marketing offers and administrator notifications. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interests of the controller.
Personal data will not be provided to any third party, unless this follows from valid laws and regulations of the Czech Republic and the EU.
The period for which personal data will be kept
The administrator will store personal data for as long as necessary, or until consent is revoked (expression of disagreement). The administrator will keep personal data for a maximum of 6 calendar years.
How will personal data be processed and stored?
Personal data will be processed:
- manually with the help of its employees and mechanically (automated) through computers and software programs, IT security will be provided with a password (security software).
Data subject rights, information and access to personal data
The guest has the right to obtain from Hotel Questenberg personal data concerning him and which the guest has provided to Hotel Questenberg. At the guest's request, Hotel Questenberg will provide the data subject with data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This right does not apply to personal data processed manually. All requests must be sent to the email address hotel@questenberg.com in English or Czech.
CCTV camera system
The public areas of the reception, bar and garden are monitored by CCTV cameras. All recordings are handled in accordance with European standards and regulations. Records are stored for the last 21 days.
Final Provisions
As a data subject, I declare that I am aware of my rights under Chapter III of the GDPR.
I declare that all information provided is accurate and true and is provided voluntarily.
The manager declares that he will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose and will process them only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected.
This consent is a free and conscious expression of the data subject's will, the content of which is the data subject's consent to the processing of personal data.
